Charlamagne Tha God’s Recipe For Success

Charlamagne Tha God is a household name in entertainment. As one of the co-hosts of the hip-hop morning show, ‘The Breakfast Club,’ on iHeartRadio, it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see where he got the inspiration for his new book entitled “Shook One: Anxiety Playing Tricks On Me”. The title comes from two hip-hop songs that speak out against being anxious and afraid, which is mostly what his second written work explains.

Charlamagne Tha God is currently one of the kings of hip hop radio across America, if not “the” king. Charlamagne Tha God is famous for evoking emotions and statements out of celebrities which they would normally not produce a day regular, less evocative radio station. When he interviewed Hillary Clinton, her response went viral when he asked her if she was pandering to black people to get their votes by talking about using hot sauce on food. Her response, “Is it working?”, helped her when in the Democratic elections against Bernie Sanders.

His interview with Birdman ended up with a grown, tattooed, millionaire nearly in tears and walking out the building, claiming that Charlamagne Tha God was “f****** with his name (credibility).” Indeed, it takes a certain type of person to get these types of responses from people. But there is a science behind the madness of Charlamagne’s success. At its core, it is a combination of heady intelligence and wit combined with Street culture and real life experience to back up his credibility.

Charlamagne Tha God started out as a normal nerdy boy with glasses, watching TV with his female cousins. One time they were talking about how a guy on TV was so cute and not thinking straight, Charlemagne also chimed in the same. His dad got word of this and toughen him up, which ultimately let him to run away from home and sell drugs on the streets. He did some time in jail and his mom thought this would help straighten him out, so by combining this experience with his literally glasses-wearing nerdy roots, we get a man who is able to comfortably ask questions of people from all backgrounds and walks of life. Charlamagne Tha God References President Trump’s Role In The Central Park 5 Case

When the Commander-in-Chief, President Donald Trump took to the lawn of The White House to reveal his thoughts on the latest installment of the “#MeToo” Campaign and its impact on Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh, Charlamagne Tha God was listening intently. The rapper has taken Kanye West to task over his support of Trump and shocked many by referencing part of the speech made by Trump regarding this period of time being a “scary time for young men in America…”

Despite many being shocked by the avowed member of the opposition to Trump posting this to his social media account, Charlamagne Tha God confirmed his position later when he brought up the role played by the President in the jailing of the Central Park Five. The five young African-American males were convicted of sexual misconduct without a large amount of evidence for their conviction with the then real estate mogul appearing on TV throughout the case calling for their jailing. See This Article to learn more.

Charlamagne Tha God did state some of what was said by President Trump did appeal to him but that was based largely on his own experiences as an African-American male. The host of “The Breakfast Club” went on to explain President Trump should now understand how the Central Park Five felt when they were convicted of a sexual attack on a female jogger in the iconic New York park.

Charlamagne Tha God has stood on the opposite side of the U.S. political scene to the fellow rapper, Kanye Who who he has stated does not speak for the African-American community in supporting President Trump. The Central Park Five were released from jail after serving 13 years for a crime they did not commit.
